Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10, 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr. A tool and die manufacturer who had previously employed as a laborer for a manufacturing company. Stone has three brothers: Michael, Kelly, and Patrick. Stone was in second grade when she was 5 years old. Stone was said to be academically gifted. Saegertown Senior High School, Saegertown Pennsylvania was the place where she received her diploma in 1975. Also, Stone competed winning at the Miss Pennsylvania beauty contest. Stone was able to move to New Jersey with her aunt New Jersey, where she pursued a career in modeling. In the following month, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency. Stone soon moved to Europe for a time, and lived with her aunt in Milan and Paris. In the end, Stone became disillusioned with the modeling scene and modeling in Europe she decided to go into acting while living there. In her 20s, she starred in the film of Woody Allen "Stardust Memories" which received mixed reviews.
