Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, singer of country music and songwriter when she appeared on the television show One Tree Hill. She was Alex for three of its last four seasons. Her first few releases as a country artist appeared on the episodes of the series helping her 2012 eponymous debut album to make it into the Top 20 in the Billboard 200. I Got the Boy (a Top Five country single) and Steven Tyler's duet on Aerosmith helped the album to get even better reviews which saw it reach the top three spot at the top of the Billboard 200. Beginning in September of 2016, she spent two months on the season 23 of Dancing with the Stars, that ended in fourth-place finish. That same year she made a splash with an adult contemporary song with Straight No Chaser's Feels like Christmas.
